Depression, anxiety, emotional, and mental abuse, life has taken me through challenges that tested my strength from overcoming anxiety and depression to navigating trauma and rebuilding my life.
In 2020, I was honoured with the title Most Courageous Woman, recognising my mission to help others heal and rise stronger (Needing a link to any website/post showing this for off page linking).
Today, as a mental health consultant, keynote speaker, and self love coach, I empower individuals and organizations worldwide to break free from fear, embrace self-love, and live authentically. With years of experience as a Cognitive therapist, Consultant, mental health advocate, and , collaborations with Hbba Global, WBAF and as CEO and Fonder of HBBA Denmark and HBBA NEXT GEN CIRKEL, and my Triple A Model, Unleash your potential because lasting change begins with you.
